For the cake, do a boxed Red Velvet cake with Buttercream Frosting dyed pink. For the cookies look up the recipe for Potato Chip cookies. They sound weird but they're that awesome mixture of salt and butter sweetness and they are SOOOO YUM!

Here is a great chocolate chip cookie recipe and a chocolate cake w/butter cream icing.
Chocolate chip cookies:
? Cup shortening
? Cup butter
? Cup white sugar
? Cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 ? Cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 bag milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350-degrees and grease cookie sheets.
In large bowl, cream together shortening, butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
Place bowl in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Roll into balls and place onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes until light brown. Allow to cool on sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Chocolate Cake
3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups warm water
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate into a large mixing bowl. Blend in the mayonnaise, vinegar and vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt and gradually stir into the chocolate mixture. Slowly stir in the warm water. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Butter Cream Icing
? Cup solid vegetable shortening
? Cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Cups sifted powdered sugar (approx. 1lb)
2 Tbs. milk
Cream butter and shortening with electric mixer. Add vanilla. Gradually add sugar, one cup at a time, beating well on medium speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl often. When all sugar has been mixed in, icing will appear dry. Add milk and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Keep icing covered with a damp cloth until ready to use. For best results, keep icing bowl in refrigerator when not in use. Refrigerate in an airtight container, this icing can be stored 2 weeks. Rewhip before using.

You can never go wrong with chocolate chip cookies or sugar cookies. You could make red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, it's really good. Duncan Hines sells that in a boxed mix because it can be somewhat complicated to make.
Chocolate chip cookeies and icecream cake. Icecream cakes kinda hard to make though, so I also like anything involving oreos.
