99% of the time "Atlantic" salmon is farmed.

Popular wild will be species currently available/in season are labeled "King" or "Sockeye"

Atlantic Salmon is a variety that can be farmed.
If they don't say it's wild, assume farmed.
Or phone their consumer line and ask them

unlikely to be wild. most cheap salmon is farmed and then dyed to look like wild salmon.

Color alone cannot always distinguish... look into the provider... rule of thumb with fish, know your dealer or monger... and always buy from a reputable one for the highest quality.

Wrong. Don't eat Atlantic salmon. Wild salmon is usually in
the warm months of the year and comes from Alaska, Washington, Oregon and northern California. Restaurants
and food suppliers are lying to us. Only buy or order from
better restaurants and stores. You get what you pay for......

Maybe.
