Skunk water??!

Question: so. i just drank a bottle of water... and it tasted/smelled like skunk! any ideas why? that bottle was sitting on my bed for about two days, and yes it was in a plastic bottle. but the one next to it had no odor at all.

was the bottle new or had it been refilled?

smells like that (especially if it's accompanied by a 'fizz' when you open it) usually means there is bacteria present. hope you don't get an upset tummy.
