Ever tried delicious black pudding?!
Answers: Its made from dried pigs blood and fat,suet,oatmeal,bread and sweet potatoe and you fry it and can eat it with baked beans and bacon and eggs.Mmmm its so good,its healthier than a cheesburger.After all whats the difference between a rare steak which has blood in it to black pudding?There is no difference.Allot of meat we eat is soaked with blood before we cook it.

don't like black pudding, but blood pancakes (black pancakes) are good.

I agree with much of what you say but remember that prepared items like Burgers have never seen meat they probably are made from Soya.Roast Beef slices taste so good also but it is the added flavouring that makes that taste.The Black Pudding is the real McCoy but its appearance puts people off.
I love black pudding, once in a while. It's not easy to get where I live in Canada. When I do find it, I cut it up in portions and freeze most of it for future use. I also have to make my own scones as I can't get them here either anymore.
Yup, I really love black pudding, expecially if i can find a nice peppery/ spicy one. ( Have never tried the white pudding though, have you?)

i like black pudding but i havnt had any for ages,my mom likes white pudding aswell have you tried it dont know what thats made from though!
Love them fried with breakfast, BUT as an alternative put the black pudding ring in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 1/2 hour or until cooked thru. Delicious.
