Anything with milk in it, and meat

Mostly from milk. But other dairy products and some meats can help out too.

Good sources of vitamin D are fortified foods and beverages like milk, soy drinks, and margarine.

Fish, liver, and egg yolk are the only foods that naturally contain vitamin D.

Milk leads the list, with 100 IU (international units) per cup.

Some cereals and breads are fortified with small amounts of vitamin D, up to 15 IU.

Sun exposure is the best way to get vit. D, but if you need help finding a plethora of options via food, you can check it out here...

Meat, cheese and most of all milk. Anything that contains milk, will have vitamin D in it.

Basically; dairy products, fish, meats, some juices.

You can get vitamin D from milk, (1 cup = 1/4 of what you need each day) however cheese, yogurt, and ice cream aren't fortified with vitamin D. It can also be found in salmon, and many cereals (the box will say vitamin D fortified). Another very good source of vitamin D is the sun -- just don't over do it.
