When does Nestle cookie dough from the store go bad?!

Question: I bought it sealed in a bucket about 10 days ago, it's been open that long. Is it still good? The use or freeze by date is March '08. Does that date apply to before it's opened or after it's opened?

If you have kept it in the freezer or fridge it will still be good.

Keep in mind though that it has raw eggs in it. I think the expiration would be around the time eggs go bad after sitting in your fridge for weeks. Just a thought, but I am not sure.

If the dough has started drying out, I wouldn't use it.

You could check with the Nestle people but I would say by the expired date. You know you can freeze that.
