Your best bet will be to do an ingredient search on a website like
www.recipezaar.com and they have the link to search for recipes with certain ingredients. You may find recipes that you like most of the ingredients, but not all. Try them anyway and see if you like that particular food in this new way. You might be suprised to see what you will like in a new way. I have bell peppers, but I still love Stuffed Bell Peppers with Beef and Rice. Good luck!
take multivitamins with meals
Well with the ingredients you've listed you can make chicken or beef fajitas. If you don't want the calories of flour tortillas you can use corn. There are many ways you can work vegetables into meals without them being the 'main' flavor. I use taco seasoning for veggie soups and it tastes like taco soup instead of veggie soup. I know I have found some great healthy recipes on the Weight Watchers website. I'm not trying to lose weight, but I like the healthy recipes that other poeple on there post. I found a great tomato basil pita pizza recipe on there that is super easy to make and tastes great!
That's an oxy-moron question;-} veggies are the secret.
Try to use some different types & colours every day.
You list some starchy ones, no leafy greens.
What about cole-slaw? The cabbage family is important.
Try carrots & celery raw for snacks, or cooked in stews.
The ones you've listed as those you like are very good for you, just be sure to include a lot of those in your diet. Also, it's helpful to take a multivitamin to make up for vitamins you're not getting.
