I just pulled my 1/2 and 1/2 out of the fridge for coffee and it was frozen. Can I thaw it and use it?!

Question: I had extra so I put it in the garage fridge which was up on high and now it is frozen. Can you drink a thawed dairy product? Will it be bad?

Yes it is just fine but it may separate, Cream on top and milk on bottom. It is just fine for consumption.

Sure you can reuse it, just lower the temp of your firdge so it doesn't freeze again.

it should be fine. if you don't feel quite right about it though, I would suggest cooking with it rather than tossing it.
you could make some puddings or desserts or even a quiche etc. there are so many good recipes that use alot of milk that you could really let yourself go!
best of luck

Yes,
But as mentioned, it has separated.
Before you use it, after it has re-liquefied, shake it.
