What are some yummy vegetables??!

Question: im trying to eat healthier (im 14) because i want to start now, and be a little slimmer, but im tired of the usuals: celery, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers.
i pretty much like most fruits so im good there.
what are some new, (easy!) really yummy vegetables that i can just snack on?? i really like cucumbers and tomatoes, but besides that? i eat salad but its getting boring!
i also drink v8 v-fusion juice, but thats only 1 serving out of 5!
PLEASE help!

Try mixing it up:

~A cucumber, tomato, and chic pea salad tossed with Italian dressing.
~Toss some broccoli or Brussel sprouts in a tiny bit of olive oil, spread them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with bread crumbs and a little Parmesan cheese (if you like) and bake until you just start to smell them. temp- 375ish
~slice cucumber with onion and toss with oil and vinegar- marinate for several hours in the fridge
~steam greens (spinach, kale, Swiss chard) just barely and drizzle with a little red wine vinegar

Options are endless...
Happy munching!

Any vegetable can be eaten without cooking them such as potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. All taste good uncooked and much healthier that way.

The trick is sneaking vegetables into dishes you already like. You can make pancakes, and put in some vegetable puree (like a can of baby food) in the mix. You can make yourself a cheese pizza at home with wheat crust, and add a lot of bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli on top. Make spaghetti and add red bell peppers and chopped up carrots. Make a sandwich and add your sliced cucumbers, spinach, tomatoes, etc.
Also, create a dip that you like (ranch, whatever) and just have a baggy of sliced up vegetables on hand at all times so that you can snack on them when you want to. You don't have to quit all food that you like and eat like a rabbit....you just have to find creative ways to include healthier foods into your habits. Control your meal portions too.

Yummy sweet corn, cucumber and coleslaw.

Cabbage
Peas

zuchini .. best if u bread it and fry it in a skillet , you can season it and bake it as well .. it doesnt taste too good raw

green bell peppers .. good stuffed with ground turkey and seasonings topped with organic spaghetti sauce and baked .. or raw dipped in low fat ranch

tomatoes .. good chopped up and covered in italian dressing
and they are a part of the fruit food group not vedgie

squash or egg plant .. baked with low cholesterol butter

NOT VEGGIES .. jennie O brand has a million verieties of lean turkey products .. very healthy .. also chicken is good Bone less Skin less of course

also you should try and be active at least thirty minutes a day ... doesnt have to be a major work out could be just walking ...
