phyllo triangles are really good. it's a crispy outside with spinich and cheese inside. i loveee them. here's a recipie, i've never tried this one, but it looks good. it's pretty similar to the one my family uses. http://gertrudewan.blogspot.com/2007/11/...

or you could always do pita bread and hummus dip
that's super easy, and tasty

The greek have many dishes some have been listed above by other uses. Think of their national products and foods that can be made from them. The greek make a fantastc cake called Greek honey cake and it is as the name suggests a cake that is made with greek honey and a healthy sprinkle of sesame seeds on top it's yummy! Two very popular foods are spinach pie and stuffed grape leaves((dolmathes is the greek name).

I like to make Spanakopita, which is greek spinach pie. Phyllo dough layed (lasagna style) with spinach & feta, ricotta.
