Please help...what foods contain fibre?!
Answers: I am lacking fibre in my body and the only thing i know that contains fibre is beans and dried fruits....what else?

Oatmeal, All-bran cereal, kidney beans, some whole grain breads, peanut butter, and potatoes all contain fibre!!!!!
pretty much all fruit and vegetables contain at least some fibre. increase your intake of both, drink lots of water, cut out sweet drinks and eat wholemeal and seeded breads. don't eat white highly processed breads.

all the above are great suggestions. if all else fails you can always go to the grocery or drug store and get a bottle of fiber one or something simlier. the pill should be easy to swallow and you take one pill a day

nutri grain bars, you can buy powder thingys to put in water that have fiber in them, corn flakes, noodles, or you can buy these boost drinks that have fiber in them, im goin through the same thing, so i eat pretty much that stuff
