Answers: Okay so in the morning i had some tuna fish and some tea with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. then some sugar free gum. then later i had 3 CUPCAKES! they were big! AGHHH! why did i do it?

The tuna and pb didn’t keep you full. Keep some healthy snacks available and you should eat a little something every 3-4 hours to keep your hunger (and possible bad choices) at bay. I love baby carrots, nuts (pecans, cashew, macadamias), apple slices, grapes. For something sweet- there’s Vitamuffin in the frozen aisle. They’re a little pricey, but they taste fab, have 90-100 calories, has fiber. I get the cranbran and the banana nut. Another good snack option are the pop-secret 100 cal bags. Popcorn is a whole grain. Don’t beat yourself up too bad about the cupcakes. Just watch what you eat for the rest of the day and you could increase your exercise - take the stairs, park further away, clean house, take an extra walk etc.
You did it because you're human and you're likely depriving yourself of the "goodies" you're used to. Don't let it ruin your day. I've taken a whole week off from dieting this week. Just resolve to do better tomorrow. Don't sweat it. Seriously. It's one day. And it may cost you a couple pounds. Who cares...you're doing this for the rest of your life, right??

Probably because you're not eating enough. Tuna fish and peanut butter is not a substantial meal.
You did it because your on a diet. Diets don't work.
Changing your eating habits {portion size and what foods you eat} along with exercise will let you lose weight, not diets.
You did it because you gave in to temptation. Relax these things happen but maybe next time resolve to eat fruit that five you that sugar that you are craving but are not as bad for you. Also just add an extra 10 min of cardio to your daily workout and you should be fine.
The tuna was O.K. a long as you didn't add alot of Mayo. Tea is O.k. Too .....as long as you didn't put peanut butter in it although it is healthy.. Now the cupcakes BAD....Drink lots of water today and everyday No more cupcakes..
