Food- HELP!?!


Question: a week ago i had a horrid case of the stomach flu. I'm not fat but I want to lose weight, but by eating heathy and excercising. whenever i eat to much sugar foods (junk food) my stomach starts to hurt, then like and hour later i throw up. i'm not bulemic and i'm not annorexic, but because of throwing up all the time i've lost a ton of weight (i went from 105 lbs. to 90 lbs.), but i dont want to lose weight like that, i am always hungry even after i eat. i want to go on a diet of only heathy foods, but I don't know hwere to start....... any help?

Sounds like you need to get some probiotics inyour system so you can keep your food down. Try eating bland foods until your stomach gets better.

id start on the lemonade diet
its not a diet of lemonade
the ingredients to make about 10 oz are
-the juice and pulp from one lemon or lime (fresh)
-2 Tbsp Grade B maple syrup
-1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
-10oz purified water

oh and you can do the cleanse anywhere from 4-15 days

Eat whole grain products (breads, rice, oatmeal etc) and try to eat a lot of protein. Stick with pasta and sauce.

You also might want to see a doctor about your problem, you could have a stomach disorder.
