I like cooking and im a chef i dont like fish?!
Answers: i am a chef and i dont like fish i liked it as a kid but i dont know how to eat it again and not be grossed out what should i do how can i try it
Just because you're a chef doesn't mean you have to like fish. I'm an aspiring chef(albeit pastry chef)but I hate fish as well. I don't even eat fish sticks or tuna. (sad that I'm sure someone would have asked. :|)
I have heard that smoked salmon is good. But I wouldn't know.

try a mild fish like Tilapia....place in a baking dish...baste with butter,lemon and a little S&P...bake at 350 for 15 mins...
you dont need to like it just because your a chef.
you can still make it and let some other people who do like fish try it.

This is a very easy and tasty recipe.
Serves 4
8oz salmon loin.
12 large grey uncooked prawns - deveined
6 scallops halved
8oz monkfish/cod/haddock/king clip/ mahi mahi
1lb cherry tomatoes
2 small shallotts
butter 2 or 3 small chunks
white wine
1 clove of garlic - minced or grated
cut all of the fish into bite sized pieces and put into a dish with all of the other ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil, a good grinding of black pepper and a little sea salt. stir until everything is coated and pop into the oven, uncovered for 10 mins on 200degC. Remove, stir, and then add whatever chopped fresh herbs you have, about 2 tablespoons and put back into the oven for another 10 mins.
Serve with warm crusty bread, sliced boiled potatoes and any green vedg you like + a good bottle of sauvignon blanc!
If this doesnt get you eating fish then i dont know what will!
