Try Kashi or Nature's Path. Both have several different products under their brand. I like the Kashi Go Lean Crunch. I put berries, 1/4 cup of mixed nuts or raisins on it.

Kashi Cinnamin Harvest

So good.

Kashi Go Lean Crunch!!

Old fashion oat meal beefed up with nutrional additives and sweetened with Splenda.

Kashi - any and all of their cereals are awesome

I go to whole foods and buy puffed millet, puffed wheat, and puffed corn, mix it together and use almond milk instead of reg milk, and you can add fruit. Whole grains, no sugar, 60 calories.

CHEERIOS!

Mine is oatmeal with cinnamon.

1/2 Oatmeal
2-3 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 Cup milk

Mix all ingredients in a microwavable container. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 minutes; stir and eat.

Wheaties are low-sugar and whole grain. They also don't have a lot of salt, which is an even harder trait to find in cereal. Also, Frosted Mini Wheats are whole grain, low-sodium and maybe "lower" sugar. Frosted Mini Wheats have 12g sugar, but that's for a 2-ounce serving, which is twice what normal cereals are (so it's really more like 6g per serving compared to other cereals.)
