Why is Easter Egg chocolate better than other chocolate?!

Question: I don't what it is, but it tastes better. They are being flogged off already, a few months out of Easter.

Any clues, anyone?

Higher sugar content, and actually less cocoa. Definately do not taste better. You may not actually know what real chocolate tastes like. Get a 70% cocoa bar and try it. Most people don't like it and are like you, prefer a high sugar and filler bar.

because it has crack in it

Not to me. I think it tastes industrial.

Cause it has easter magic!
LOL!

Bunnies poop better chocolate.

Its better cause its special!

I completely agree. I think Cadbury is awesome, and it's more prevalent at Easter. Nestle chocolate pales in comparison.

because it haves more milk

Because they Easter Eggs and have the Holy Spirit giving them their flavor!

Im guessing cause of the fact that it is kibd of a holiday and its like christmas in a way and its more exciting..until the next day when u have stomach ach lol and vow never to eat choclate agin...then next tear we eat double lol

Probably because easter chocolate sounds more special, and you treasure it more cause you only get it during easter. Whereas with normal chocolate, you just think of it as normal chocolate, so it tastes like normal chocolate. That or they have different ingredients. :)

because it comes out of a rabbits behind instead of a chicken

You are so right, I always luv Easter chocolate, especially the reese's eggs, cadburys, and chocolate bunnies... yeah Easter! :)

The Cadbury eggs? There is NOTHING better than Cadbury Easter eggs, and this is probably what you're referring to. If you buy Cadbury chocolate bars, they have a very similar taste, but nothing beats the eggs. Woo hoo! A few more months and we'll be stocking up! :)

it all in your head, when you were a child waking up in the morning and finding you easter basket full of chocolate. it was a real treat.

because of the holidays better quality chocolates are put on the general market because they are more apt to be sold.normally they are just a specialty Item.

Because it is Easter and you may have some special memories from Easter past.

I'm not sure. Easter candy is one of my favs especially Reese egg. I think it's because it has more peanut butter than chocolate.

Could it be that, for hollow eggs, it's simply that the chocolate is thinner and curved, compared to when you buy it in the form of a bar? As an example of this with a different food, try eating cheese shaved off the block with a vegetable peeler - it kind of dissolves on the tongue and is much nicer than trying to chew on a thick gluggy chunk of cheese. Personally, I agree with the poster who said that Easter egg chocolate tastes industrial.
