6 oz meat scraps
1 cup whole-wheat flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Grease pan.
Spread half the meat in pan. Sprinkle the meat generously with whole-wheat flour.
Spread remaining half of meat into pan and salt (optional) to taste. Sprinkle again with whole-wheat flour. Cover with 8 oz dog meal and pour broth over the meal.
Bake for 45 min. and then allow to cool. Serve warm.

I would take you more seriously if your recipe had any sort of realistic instructions for cooking meat, and actually included curry.
Dog meat is tough, stringy and gamy, and I wouldn't try it again. It's just not my bag. Then again, I also am not to crazy about Venison, either.

By the way,there is a tasty dish in the phillipines made of dog,and it tastes nothing like chicken. On the contary its a dark well flavoured meat,not dissimilar to a well hung goat. It makes a very tasty curry.
