Yes, Strip the leaves off the stalks, wash thoroughly and put in a large saucepan - don`t add any more water, there`s enough clinging to the leaves. Cook until tender, drain, cool and then squeeze or press out excess moisture. Chop and pack into polythene bags in small quantities, seal and freeze.
Recommended freezer life: 1 year.
To use: re-heat gently from frozen in a thick saucepan, stirring occasionally. Season and add a little butter and/or cream.
cant see why not
You can, but it will be wilted and squishy when you take it out again, and if you plan to use a little at a time, portion it out, because it will all stick together.
Be sure to wash (give it a good soak and swirl it around to remove all the sand) and trim it.
Yes, there's no problem in freezing fresh spinach
You can also buy spinach frozen and it's a much better buy than buying fresh and freezing it yourself. You can do it but it will be just a little bit when you defrost it and you still have to cook it.
yes you can, I do it all the time!
Yes. I wash it and put it in zip lock freezer bags.
Yes. My mom always blanches it first - but I like to freeze it fresh.
yes
Indeed yes. Dip it into hot water for 2 secs then freeze it.
i don't see why not
Blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then chill VERY quickly in ice water. Drain thoroughly and freeze.
Good luck!
Yes. I normally cut it small first, wash it , wait for the water to drain and then freeze it in a freezer bag.
Sure...just wilt (cook it or steam it for a couple of minutes)...allow it to cool, drain it and wither pack into a plastic box to freeze or in portions wrapped in cling film (the freezer type)

Why not buy the supermarkets frozen chopped spinach. I always use it to put in Spaghetti Bolognese, Lasagne, mashed potato and cabbage for extra flavour. All you have to do is take out the contents what you need, place in a dish and defrost in microwave or leave at room temperature for a few hours. It's the same as fresh and much more convenient.
I suppose you could freeze your own but you would have to blanch it first, then allow to cool before bagging.
