They are my favorite nut to eat as well. I think it is the mixture of the salt and the fun of opening the "package" to get to them. You always want what is hard to get to!!!!!
I have no idea. I eat them like crazy. I think for me it's all the salt, and how green they taste. I've eaten half a bag in one sitting before. They are awesome.
