I love a good bruised, oxidized apple. I cut the slices and let them air a little before eating. Am I alone?!
Answers: I asked several of my co-workers if they liked slightly spoiled, oxidized apples and they all looked at me as though I were crazy. I actually enjoy slightly brown apples, bananas and I go crazy for a perfectly spoiled grape. I'm wondering if I'm a little bit loco here and am hoping some of you guys out there are the same as I am.

Apples - NO bruises and cut one slice at a time so the rest of it doesn't brown while you are eating....
Bananas - eat while peel still has a hint of green in it - once it starts to brown, yuk - no like mushy bananas
grapes - the crisper, crunchier the better
Bruises in an apple are horrible and mushy, however if you slice it, sprinkle sugar and cinamon on the sliced apple and place it under a hot grill it tastes fantastic also works well with bananas.
I hate it when my bananas are the slightest bit green, as they are not ripe for a start, they are somewhat crunchy, it's not nice at all.
But grapes, no, i like my crisp =]
I know where you're coming from! I love brown bananas! They are much sweeter and my dad doesn't like them, i'm sure apples are the same!

no that is wierd as they are off as for bruised bananas these are actually riper than pure yellow ones and how your supposed to eat them
