That's like, "Who do you love better, your mother or your father."

Pork Schnitzel - Get thin cut pork chops, bone in is better. Lightly dust them with corn starch. Dip in beaten egg. Coat in seasoned bread crumbs. Lay in pan of hot sesame oil. Fry until golden brown, both sides.

Yum!

I prefer beef. For recipes:

Take a beer you enjoy, I use something with the rich taste of roast barley and hops, and marinate the steak overnight in your fridge with it. Then grill it over charcoal. Now, the thing about charcoal is that it's CHARcoal, not GLUEcoal. Those pressed briquettes that you buy at Wal-Mart, like Kingsford, are just glued togther bits of ash and carbon. Get some good charcoal, the stuff that's wooden blocks and has been dried and charred in a kiln. Get a nice fire going and cook 'em slow.

You can also cook your steak in a shallow pan of water or beer or sauce. Take enough water to cover the steak in the pan and add a generous amount of your desired flavor (beer, A1, Lea and Perrins, etc.) and cook it slow at a low boil. Makes the steak nice and tender.
