Nifty vanilla and chocolate hazelnut spread?!
The jar of 'Nifty' has a picture of a squirrel on it, and it is both chocolate hazelnut and vanilla in flavor (the chocolate part is similar in taste to Nutella)
Have you tried Nifty? And have you seen any in your travels?
Answers: Has anyone heard of this spread? I was recently given a bottle of it and I cannot seem to find it in my grocery store, although I can find Nutella, and cheap knockoff chocolate hazelnut spreads. I am wondering, perhaps, if this bottle is just very old? And if perhaps Nutella was formerly known as Nifty?

I saw something like that at Aldi a while back, I don't know if you have an Aldi near you and there's a good chance it isn't even there anymore since Aldi is constantly bringing in new products... we got some and it was very good! I can't quite remember if it was called Nifty, but it was chocolate/hazelnut with a swirl of a white cream (I'm not sure if the white was hazelnut or vanilla).
But you may try Aldi...
I've not heard of this brand before. I have of course heard of Nutella and there is an Israeli brand I'm aware of. Give Whole Foods a shot or some European gourmet shop if you have one in your area. Possibly Trader Joes or Meier if you have one of those. They might have it or have heard of it.
