Someone knows what food is healthy and will not feel hungry after eat it?!

it is depend on how hard you work each day? each day we must have a certain amount of vitamins. so our body could work just fine. protein is very good they used by the body to repair cell in our body. so usually i will eat a complete meal that compose of rice(carbohidrat), vegetables(vitamins), meat/fish/egg(protein) and a glass of milk. i usually eat a lot of rice, carbohidrat will keep us full for some time. oh by the way you could drink a protein drink(i suggest AMWAY protein powder) it is very healthy and keep you full for a long time. i usually drink it if a don't have time for breakfast(06.00). i don't feel hungry until lunch(13.00). why i suggest AMWAY cause i know how they process it. it is organic and they produce in very higiens environment. beside in my country AMWAY has policy you can return the goods in 3 months on any reason as long you only use 1/3 and you must use it. so if you don't like it just return it.
look for foods with high protein and fiber. they will keep you full the longest. if you like a certain type of nuts, as a snack, they fill you up pretty quick and keep you from feeling hungry.

I was just pondering that myself. Each year more and more food is thrown at us Advertising T.V. cooking shows . commercials food food every where we go. Fast Food, Slow Food. Mexican,Italian,asian, You don"t like this then there is that. High school kids can leave campus and spend $10 at a fast food, Big home freezers you can load up with ice cream,pies,cakes, t.v. dinners,pizzas, each year we eat more get fatter. This is my solution for myself. eat only at home. plan a simple menu and stick to it. Some people say to shop only on the pirmeter isles at the super market. fruits & veggies meat and dairy products Cheeses. This is what I am going to do in the morning. thank you for the idea
I like the Smart Ones frozen dinners. They come in many varieties, and tend to be very low in calories. I generally feel full after eating one or two of them, and drinking 12-16 oz of tea.
