Please tell me if what im doing is right?!
Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and a cup of coffee
12:20PM snack : 1 apple
3 pm lunch : vegetable or fish fried with chapati
evening snack : cup of coffee and marie biscuits
dinner : vegetable salad and chapati

Are you a vegetarian? Either way, you're not putting enough protein into your diet. Also, a cup of coffee for an evening snack is a bad idea unless it's decaffeinated. Breakfast is healthier if it is the largest meal you eat because you are "breaking your fast" from sleeping and your body needs fuel and brain food. You need to include more food groups in your breakfast. There is an old adage that still holds true: "For breakfast, eat like a king...for lunch, eat like a prince...for dinner, eat like a pauper."

There's plenty of protien in eggs btw folks. Protien in fish also. Sorry, just had to respond to others. Sounds like a fantastic diet to me. I wish I had the self control you do.
