What do you eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner?!

Eat a little of every kind of food all day.
For breakfast, eat some protein, fruit, carbohydrates, and dairy. Same for lunch & dinner.
Be sure to drink enough water throughout the day, too. Don't stress too much about what you eat.

A good breakfast should include anything with oats or wheat.

I eat a full bowl of Porrige every morning and because thats filling, you don't need lunch just a little snack in between ready for the dinner.

Usually, I take some Malay cakes or rice for my breakfast,
have porriage for my lunch and a great meal for dinner.

I sometimes have a lovely cup of tea and some ready brek , i love it ! its nice and warm on a cold morning

I usually have a brunch, which consists of a smoothie, followed by soup and a chunk of bread ( all homemade). Then for dinner, it's usually soup again (different variety, but homemade) followed by something homemade like cottage pie or spagehetti bol or something along these lines.
