Answers: some food products that don't contain high fructose corn syrup. i did not know how bad this was and have been feeling tired a lot lately i have just now heard that this is not good for your and i have been giving my 20 month old son some minuite maid juice which contains this is thier any other drinks or foods that don't have hfcs in it or a website that can point me in the right direction so when i make my grocery list i stay away from hfcs.
Look for natural foods with no additives. You will have to read labels until you find brands you know are free of corn syrup. Also, a reminder that Sugar Free does not mean anything but it is free of processed sugar. It can have corn syrup and other natural sugars (glucose, sucrose, etc.).

really anything natural, but sometimes not even that. just read the labels. there's a health food store by me, jandi's, they have good choices..see if there's one in your area.
