they will be alittle less in color, also have a crisp and much fresher taste

yeah, they don't look perfect and waxy, but more like stuff that really grew outside in the elements... :)

By reading the labels most Will tell you straight off by either saying Organic or Made with pesticides and other harmful additives

Fruit that are hard,tasty a more nature colour is organic.

There is no foolproof way of telling, other than running a chemical test for pesticide residues. However, organic produce tends to look more irregular and has more diverse colors.
