I can't believe it's not sugar...?!

Question: I like sugar but I don't want to use it all the time. Is there any sweeteners that I can use that's not sugar? I don't want to use the artifical sweeteners, but I want a healthy based syrup that I can use in my coffee and teas. I know that honey helps but I don't like the taste of honey any suggestions?

Use Agave Nectar. It is a nice sweet syrup, all natural, and low-glycemic (won't spike your blood sugar)

Well, Splenda is not a syrup, but it dissolves very easily. It is made from sugar so it is natural and it is no calorie. It doesn't taste bad, just not the same as sugar. Give it a try. It isn't chemical like NutraSweet (aspartame) so why not?

There is something, Not sure what it's called but go to a health store, like whole foods or something

molasses?

i use stevia, which is a natural sweetener without calories, you can find it at whole foods.

I am diabetic. I have come across a sugar replacement, I know you don't want those, but they are completely natural and it's a great help for me. Their web site is http://www.wheylow.com
