Whats your favorite breakfast without Eggs?!

Question: I'm from Vancouver Canada so we have a wide range of Asian food influences here. I've had a couple of Japanese inspired breakfasts which I would eat every day if I could! They always include a piece of bbq salmon, plus rice and miso soup. Pickled Japanese plum is a nice accompaniment, and maybe some steamed broccoli. Unusual here in North America, I guess, but so much better than the traditional breakfast fare.
