Cereal nutrition facts..?!
Answers: When they say that one serving is 130 calories, is that with milk added or you have to add how much milk?
The box very clearly states a column without the milk and a column with skim milk. If you aren't using skim milk then take the plain column and add in the appropriate calorie total from the milk you are using.
it should say with milk, but note that most cereals do those nutrition facts based on using fat free, skim, or 1% milk.

That is probably without milk. Often they say on the box both with and without milk. The quantity of milk they use to calculate the nutrition would be some kind of average since everyone puts a slightly different amount unless the specifically say they used (for example) one cup of milk. 130 calories look very small to me. do they say how much cereal that is. Obviously any comparison is not good if it involves different amount of cereal.
