They are correct but the civet cats are after the outer shell the cherry, it is just the system that allows the bean to be expelled and then collected for processing, and the people who are the biggest customers are the Queen of England, Prince Charles and Warren Buffett.

I had a tase of it a few years ago at a coffee tasting, it is nice but I am not prepared even if I could buy they said orders would be a minimum of 5 lbs at $20 per lb.
