ha ha. The meat? you are gonna struggle. I know some are distributed by Istanbul catering but that doesn't mean you want to know what is in it! I don't know perhaps kill five rats, get a lambs stomach, a cows leg and a pigs a*se mush them all together and hey presto, you have donner meat.
Find a tramp, a stray cat, a stray dog and a couple of rats.
Mince well.
Mix with salt pepper & herbs to attempt to mask the taste.
Mould onto a skewer and there you have it!
