Certainly drinking any type of liquid will help you stay a bit hydrated. But while you drink sugary or caffeinated drinks, the sugar and caffeine actually cause you to become more dehydrated. So drinking water is really the best option. You could opt to add a couple wedges of lemon or grapefruit to the water to give it more flavoring as well as aid in your digestion

Anything liquid will count towards the eight glasses. :o)

it is scientificly known as h2o . or water for the use of drinking

Even though most drinks do contain water, you are still supposed to drink 8 8oz cups of water daily. I don't see why, because some of the things you drink have water in it, but I guess maybe because the calories, caffine, & sugar isn't really considered 'water'

No water straight water flushes you out of toxions coffee has water but is full of caffiene and milk may have water as well but, also has fats water straight will be the only true way to flush your system and remember bottle water does not have floride in it.

As long as you eat the right foods and drink the right bevvies, you're fine.

However, please note that caffinated and/or sugary beverages are diuretics, and *can* cause a net LOSS of fluids. The same is true of alcohol (hence the saying about how you can't buy beer, you only rent it).

The problem is, if you are eating a "normal" healthy diet, and then add 64 fl oz of water, you're leeching needed water soluable vitamins and minerals from the body faster than they can be metabolised.

well it has liquid in it!!!

i drink
1bottle of water and a can of soda everyday so i think i need to be getting more liquids!!!
