I took the turkey out of the freezer last night and put in the fridge...?!

Question: And it's still frozen! It won't thaw in time. What do i do? Take it out of the fridge? Put it on defrost in the microwave? HELP! I've got a party tonight (weather permitting) and I need to know what to do!!!

Let it soak in a sinkful of water (not hot water, but cold/lukewarm). Remember next time it'll take two to three days at least to thaw out a frozen turkey! Hope your party goes well!

Depending on the size of the turkey and your microwave you can thaw it out in the Micro using the thaw function. Just choose the weight of the turkey and it will decide how long it will take.
