All drinking water has some trace amount of minerals and sodium. Else it would be distilled water and that is *not* good for you. Healthy daily consumption of sodium is 1.5 Grams. 5 bottles of Nestle gives you 100 mg or 0.1 grams. No problems!

sodium occurs naturally in rocks, most commonly as sodium chloride (basic salt). so when it is filtered to make spring water it will also be in the water. It is nothing to worry about in such small amounts.

The sodium is for flavor, and can be harmful if you are sensitive to salt or have problems with your bood pressure.

Salt also retains water. Not the thing to do if your trying to lose weight.

I'd find a brand w/o any added sodium. It's not necessary.

plain old water is the best for you. it gives u healthy nutrients and vitamin's that u need...( im learning about this now)

nooo its bad 4 u!!!!

so now it is What is normal water ?
what have you been drinking before Nestles.
now that is nonsense . pay extra for what is provided..

water from the tap the city provides..has USDA & FDA standards to maintain and test samples are submitted to the CDC yearly
