Ash Wednesday lunch...what should we have that's non-meat?!

Question: My daughter is home from school today but she doesn't like fish...I love fish but don't have anything non-meat (fish or otherwise) available to cook. Where can we go get some lunch so we'll both be happy?

Bean and cheese burritos from Taco Bell.
Cheese fries or tots from Sonic.
Stuffed crust pizza (cheese or veggie).
Pancake breakfast at IHOP or Sonic.

Hello :)

Pizza and salad or maybe grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup

pasta with marinara or alfredo sauce, salad, garlic bread :) you can get that at any pizza place/restaurant.

Grilled cheese, cheese pizza, cold cheese sandwiches, grilled peanut butter sandwich, egg salad, fried egg sandwich, taco belle nachos minus meat...
Hope this helps!

Try Subway - you can get a tuna salad sub and she can get a veggie sub.

There's always Panera - they have an excellent Mediterranean veggie sandwich OR they have a really good spinach, artichoke and turkey pannini - just have them leave off the turkey. There are good veggie soups and don't forget about their great bread!
