New Sauces?!

Question: Im trying new foods everyday and want more flavorful sauses. Ketchup and mustard don't make the cut anymore. Hot sauces and plumb sause are good any other ideas?

try the new tabasco sauces my fav is the smokey chipolte, there is another one that is sweet and spicy and great on just about everything.

sauces for wat? for pasta there is marinara, vodka, fettucini...
