Meals planned for a week?!


Question: could someone please set up a weekly healthy meal plan.

not necessarily a diet, but three meals a day.
please help, i like normal foods, nothing too fancy just healthy things you can find around the house.

day 1
breakfast:
1/2 grapefruit or orange
1 slice toast
2 TBS peanutbutter or boiled egg or banana

lunch:
1/2 cup tuna or chicken/turkey
1 slice toast

dinner:
2 slices (@ 3oz.) of poultry white meat
1 cup green beans
1 cup peas or carrots
1 small apple
1 cup yogurt or 4-6 oz milk

day 2
breakfast:
1 boiled egg or 1 cup yogurt
1/2 banana
1 slice toast

lunch:
1 cup cottage cheese or yogurt
5 saltine crackers

dinner:
1 chicken breast
1 cup broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage or lettuce
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup yogurt or 4-6 oz milk

Day 3
breakfast:
5 saltine crackers
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 small apple

lunch:
1 boiled egg
1 slice toast

dinner:
1 cup tuna
1 cup peas or carrots
1 cup cauliflower, lettuce, cabbage or broccoli
1/2 cantaloupe, melon, peaches, or pears
1/2 cup yogurt or 4-6 oz milk

I know it doesn't sound like much food, but the combinations actually fill you up (or it does me) and I don't get bored eating the same old things.

Instead of the butter on your toast, maybe a fruit spread like Polaner's All Fruit.

You want to be sure you get enough to eat so you aren't ravenous mid morning. Have fruit or peanut butter crackers for a mid morning snack.

i suggest either a light form of a weight watchers plan( they have soooo much healthy food recipes) or check out kraft foods recipes on the web
