Can someone help me plan meals with the following foods? I need advice on this!!?!
Breakfast foods:
Low cal Orange juice
Total cereal w/ cranberries
Skim milk
Slim Fast drink mix
Lunch/Dinner:
Frozen Lean Cusiene Chicken Alfredo meals
Lettuce
Cucumbers
Carrots
sliced almonds (for salads)
(I don't like salad dressing)
Whole wheat bread
Low fat sliced chicken breast (for sandwiches)
Reduced fat sliced provolone cheese (for sandwiches)
Frozen skinless bonless chicken breast
Veggie Burgers
Whole Grain Hamburger buns
Snacks (or sides I can eat with my dinner?)
Yogart
Cottage Cheese
Oranges
Apples
Peanut Butter
Fiber One bars
I also have diet green tea and diet cranberry juice. I am a very picky eater and I only bought foods I like.
So far my excersize program consists of 45 min. on tredmill.
Please help me organize this food iIn a balanced manner I'm really hoping to lose 10-15 pnds month

You should be able to go from there. Don't eat after 6pm no later than 7 it takes 2 to 3 hrs for food to digest. Drink plenty of water drink your juice watch sugar content. Do everything in moderation. Everything that says diet isn't diet read the labels, hope you lose the weight you want safely
