What cheese pairs best with a sparkling white grape juice?!

Question: White grape juice is sweet, so I'd go with a sharp cheese. Like extra-sharp cheddar, feta, horseradish cheddar, jalapeno jack, manchego might be good. I don't think I'd do a pungent cheese like blue or gorgonzola. It just seems like a bad combo to me.

Brie.....

Cheese whiz

Why would you drink that crap.
Drink water instead.

My brother had that at his wedding because his inlaws were temprance and it ruined a costly gourmet dinner.

I suggest if you don't want to drink at your wedding fine but don't make others drink swill because of your belief or whatever is making you decide to serve this stuff.

munster is the perfect cheese to cube up and wash down with a bit of the white grape... :)

I'd say a sharp cheese to offset the sweetness of the juice. A sharp cheddar or maybe colby or monterey jack.
