What's good for the munchies?!

Question: :)~

Answers: :)~

1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 tsp. roasted almond slivers

Another good one is Grape Nuts and yogurt. It is so filling, and cheap to make.
I had it for breakfast myself.

Very often when a person is feeling the 'munchies' and is looking desperately for something to stave off the hunger, a handful of nuts (almonds, walnuts etc.) will make those hunger pangs go away.

Good luck and happy snacking.

baby carrots

egg salad sandwhich

Hummus and either pita chips or crackers.

Honey, Mustard and Onion pretzel bits.

cheetos, doritos - all the cheesy salty chips

Flapjack :D

In general? Or are you speaking of a healthy alternative when having the munchies? If I am going for unhealthy-I like slices of cheddar with wheat ritz crackers or queso and chips. Now healthy? Cucumbers, strawberries or aspargus LOL.

Trailmix - Dried apricots or peaches. Any dried fruit is good for that matter.

1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 -can of Hormel Turkey Chili with beans
A little salsa of your choice and some shredded Cheddar cheese.
Spread the cream cheese into an 8x8 pan.
Pour Chili on top and spread evenly.
Put salsa on top of chili topped with the cheese.
Bake uncovered for 10-15 min on 350 degrees. Eat with Corn Tortilla Chips .

Enjoy :)~

what dia said.......for a fat treat

otherwise, celery w/laughing cow cheese

A tall glass of water.

well.....if you ask me the best cure for "the munchies" is preventing it so throw away all your junk food and should you be tempted try Wheatables crackers or some fruit (i think apples or grapefruit is best) but dont use sugar substitues because those are worse for you than normal sugar

white castle
