If I whisk up 2 raw eggs now, is it safe to keep them in the fridge overnight for an omelette tomorrow morning!

Question: I just dropped a new box of fresh organic eggs & 2 eggs cracked - don't want to waste them, should I throw them out? Thanks!

They should be fine overnight...just cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge.

yes, but cover with cling film or they form a kind of skin on them lol

yes, just cover the bowl with plastic rap and if it's refrigerated it's fine

You can pool your eggs in a container for up to 4 days.

yes it is. yum yum!

Break the eggs into a cup and cover them with a small amount of water. Don't whisk them. Cover the cup with cling film and they'll keep in the fridge for a couple of days.

Use them tomorrow, it's okay.

ya, they'll be fine.

Why are you going to throw them out? you don't have to break them, just put them in a bowl in the fridge, they'll be fine

I think you could safely cook them for omelette tomorrow. I always do this with cracked eggs. If you're worried, just cook them for slightly longer. Sometimes when I use just egg whites or egg yolks, I keep what's left in a measuring jug in the fridge for later use (within a day or two). I never have a problem. If you dare not eat them, you could use them to condition your hair.

yes!, of course u do throw it away, cuz if u leave it over night & eat it for breakfast it will have bacteria & u don't wanna get sick. u shouldn't eat raw egg thats left out 4 maybe even less than an hr. or less.

They should be fine, put them in a container with a lid or cover with plastic wrap--smell them before you use them--if they smell ok, then they are ok.

Yes it's perfectly safe, just make sure you cover it with either aluminum foil or a plate.

Perfectly safe to keep overnight,Make sure they are covered.

i suggest that if you want omelette's use the eggs now tomorrow you will not because you will get food poisoning

In this case yes cover them tightly with plastic so it won't dry out...
one more thing
"They Cracked"!!! or broke and are leaking ???
OR just cracked ?? the membrane will keep for breakfast

yes

overnight is fine...no longer though, don't want to risk getting salmonella

Yes indeedy!

yes, but do add 1 cap full of lemon juice to it so your eggs do not turn green.

yes, you can use them tomorrow.
remember to cover them with cling film.

Yes, as long as you keep them tightly covered and use them the next day.
