caviar is a dish i love its great with champagne /vodka on Melba toast high baked water biscuits or Blinni .
try Harrods and i believe sainburry,s have started to stock it again or was that waitrose you could try searching the Internet there is a company in France based in Paris but the name escapes me at the moment .you can get some lump fish roe or avruga similar to caviar but whilst the taste is indeed acceptable it is not caviar. so happy hunting for your cavi ear nothig like fih eggs lovely
