Ice cream cake. Perhaps a half and half cake (half vanilla and half chocolate) with your favorite icing. :)

or coconut with coconut frosting covered with shredded toasted coconut

I also like strawberry cake with whipped cream icing and a layer of strawberry jam in the middle.

if you are going to bake it or somebody is baking it for you add 1 tsp. vanilla and/or 1 tsp. almond flavoring to any Betty Crocker or Pillsbury cake mix....whether it's white/chocolate/yellow or marbled...adds such homemade flavor...and if you want it more moist add 1/4 cup mayo...nothings worse than dry cake....HAPPY BIRTHDAY
