The meat i like best is roast beef, jerk pork and roast duck.
BEEF!!!!!!!!!!! A good ribeye/delmonico steak or prime rib. Way better than chicken or pork...
Boneless Pork Chops are good and you can cook them all kinds of ways.
If fish is included, I prefer this...salmon is my favourite..its so moist and flavoursome ! Otherwise I'd go for chicken, but i prefer chicken thighs to breast because they are much moister :)
