What do you expect from the Schwan's delivery person?!
Answers: If you buy Schwan's foods, what do you expect from your delivery person? What would make you upset about your delivery person?
I expect my delivery person to bring the correct order and to arrive reasonably on time. I know there aren't appointments, but if the delivery person, says they will bring my order on Tuesday between 8 and noon, then that is when they should show up.
I also expect the delivery person and their truck to be clean. Maybe not spotless - but they are bringing food for me and my family. I wouldn't want to buy my groceries in a dirty store.
Finally, the refrigeration on the truck should be working properly. Frozen foods should be at the proper temperature so I can be sure I'm preparing good meals for my family.
Things that would make me upset are essentially all the opposites. If my orders are incorrect, or I wait around for a delivery that doesn't show up, I'm going to be disappointed. If the truck or the driver is dirty, I'd think twice about ordering from them again. And, for sure, if the food wasn't at the correct temperature, I would cancel my service.
One more thing - all of the above is what I would consider basic service. A person who wanted to be sure I stayed a customer would let me know when there are specials and also pay attention to the kind of items I order. They would remind me of items I might have forgotten to order and bring new items to my attention. That would let me know I am a valued customer.
