Hemp seed question?!

Question: are hemp seeds the same as canibas seeds (like from pot)?
i just read on wiki after looking up info on hemp fibers: Hemp seeds are highly nutritious, and contain beneficial omega fatty acids, amino acids, and minerals. The seeds can be eaten raw, ground into a meal, sprouted, made into "milk" (akin to soy milk), prepared as tea, and used in baking. The fresh leaves can also be eaten in salads. Products range from cereals to frozen waffles, hemp tofu to nut butters. A few companies produce value added hemp seed items that include the seed oils, whole hemp grain (which is sterilized as per international law), hulled hemp seed (the whole seed without the mineral rich outer shell), hemp flour, hemp cake (a by-product of pressing the seed for oil) and hemp protein powder. Hemp is also used in some organic cereals. Hemp seed also being used to make a non-dairy "milk" somewhat similar to soy and nut milks, as well as non-dairy hemp "ice cream."

i think there the same thing......but usualy are ground up like a powder then added to a shake or food i ad mine to oatmeal or to bread dough. tried in a smoothie and took away the fruity taste and made it kinda gross.

yes hemp is pot

i think the hemp seed your refering to is a male seed and not the female used to produce flowers. mass production hemp filoeds are all male plants for obviouse reasons. there is such a low thc value in the male

EVERYTHING on Wiki is true............pot - much like tobacco - is GREAT for your health.

Yes, the same thing. I used to eat them as a child, but they were roasted, so they couldn't grow anymore.
