World's hottest chilly is found in Assam, India. I think it compeitition takes place somewhere in mexico.

Forget the chillies, try a Habanero instead !!! (P.S. I may have spelled that wrong, sorry). Either way enjoy them :)

that can't be healthy...u might burn out your asopagus

they use to have a round in fear factor. the 3rd round u gotta eat the worlds hottest pepper but its fear factor and u might not even get to eat peppers

doesn't it hurt when you poop?

you can find a state hot Chile eating contest in the state of new Mexico you can look it up in new Mexico traditions .on the net . if you go take a gallon of milk cause its so hot you'll cry when you eat it .

u should try habaneros they r one of the hottest peppers and competition i really dont know sorry

Peru

2cute4u is right!!! The habanero chili very inense although the world record is held by the Naga Jolokia chili. The habanero is bell shaped, quite small and usually orange in colour. The Naga Jolokia is similar in appearance but has a characteristically rough skin

Habanero are native to South America and common in Mexico but can be found just about anywhere.

Naga Jolokia are native to Northeastern India (Assam, Nagaland, Manipur) and Bangladesh. They are also cultivated in England. They may be impossible to find outside of India, Bangladesh and England

There are thousands of peppers out there and it's one of the things I like to look for when I travel.

In the Dominican Republic they had these 7" long peppers that were only about 1/4" thick and the were VERY HOT about the same as haberneros.

The caribbean is a good place to look for hot peppers-- Texas for hot pepper contests...
