Both are essential to a good diet. Apples have vitamin c (which is healthy for skin, ligaments, etc.), fibre, and pectic which is considered cancer fighting. Grapes contain vitamin c as well but also potassium, ellagic acid (also an antioxidant, which is a cancer preventative), and are very sweet to the Taste but only contain about 70 calories per 20 grapes. All fruits and vegetables contain an array of vitamins and other healthy chemicals that are good for our body. Eat as many different kinds as you can!

Which is better? One ten dollar bill or ten one dollar bills?

Grapes AND apples. I would think apples if I had to pick one since they have more fiber.

well i think both are just as healthy as the other

but i think apples fill you up faster

Equally healthy but maybe the apples have more fibre due to their skin.
