What is the best way to preserve spaghetti?!

Question: I would like to save my left over spaghetti but usually once it is refrigerated it is just never the same the next day.

What do you do to keep yours fresh?

Store the noodles separately from the sauce. Stir a little olive oil in the noodles before you put them in the fridge. If you freeze the sauce in individual zip-lock bags, you can thaw them one-at-a-time as you need them.

If you're talking sauce, freeze it. Most people think tomato-based sauces taste better the next day after refrigerating or freezing!

If you're talking the actual spaghetti noodles themselves, pitch them and make fresh when you need them. They are too cheap to try and keep more than a day.

In a sealed container in fridge 1-2 days, of freeze.
I think it is better the next day. Seems to have more flavour.

freeze it

i usually put it in a tuper and freeze the little suckers
